Why does my Cyber web reject the discussion board????!?

Why does my internet explorer open EVERY internet web page except the twilight lexicon ? It even opens twilightlexicon.com and then when I take a look at to open the in that web page it says "can't display web site". The unusual thing is- It was once openning the page simply fine the day before today but then in a be counted of mins it just refused to open it...why?! How can i restoration it?
